Where do i start with this topic!? There is so much to say but i am going to try and keep this simple. I believe with all my soul that discipline brings long term happiness and long term gain. When i would always chase those short term burst of happiness such as eating junk, sleeping in and playing games all day, it would make me feel good for a while but then after i always ended up regretting. When i started waking up early, training in the mornings, working on what i'm passionate about and eating clean, it wasn't enjoyable at the very beginning but after 1 month or so it became a necessity. I found myself finding it hard to break out of this new found routine and it became my life. Now that i look back on these changes, i have never been happier and more positive in my life. To anyone who thinks they can't make a change or think it's too hard i say this, the beginning will be uncomfortable and it will be difficult but with discipline and perseverance, your life will improve for the better. As Abraham Lincoln once said "Discipline is choosing between what you want now, and what you want most."
So as yourself...what is it that you want most and how are you going to achieve it?
